Flat punched parts

Rings, discs, intermediate layers and free outer contours can be carved from suitable non-metallic materials. The geometry is determined by the drawing, material thickness and the manufacturing capabilities.

Isolated parts

Non-metallic insulated components separate components structurally or complement electrical and thermal protection concepts. The required properties must be identified early and technically tested for the specific application.

Contour parts with cutouts

Drills, slots, internal sections, and asymmetrical shapes can be transferred into a production-ready contour. A dimensioned drawing with tolerances forms the best basis for this.

Planable from the sample to the series

Even an existing pattern or a scale drawing can serve as a starting point. Together, missing details are added and converted into a clear specification. In this way, a special request does not become a permanent special construction project, but a component that can be planned for development, procurement, and mass production.
