Fittings seals must fit exactly into the intended receptacle and work permanently with the adjacent components. We manufacture suitable rings and discs for serial fittings, spare parts, and custom-made designs. Dimensions, material, water area, and mounting situation are crucial factors.

Printing and measuring technology

Instruments, connections, and hydraulic components require precise sealing parts that fit the assembly. In addition to the dimensions, the medium, pressure range, temperature, and material compatibility should be determined early on. This way, the design can be technically limited in a meaningful way.

Drinking water applications

Not every material is suitable for components that come into contact with drinking water. Which material design and which approval are required depends on the specific application. We adapt the requirements to the project and only use technically confirmed specifications in the manufacturing process.

Special sizes and individual contours

Standard rings do not solve every installation situation. Additional cutouts, different diameters or special contours can be manufactured according to a drawing, pattern or scale drawing. This means that the design does not have to be adapted to an existing part – the seal follows the design.
