If standard dimensions do not fit the installation space, the seal is specifically defined according to the design. Ernst Lingenberg GmbH manufactures individual sealing rings, discs and special contours according to drawing, pattern or measurement specifications. In doing so, the geometry, material thickness, material, function and required quantity are coordinated with each other.

What can be defined individually?

Outline and dimensions

Round, angular, asymmetrical or with additional recesses: The geometry follows the intended construction space. Interior and exterior contours, holes, radii and material thickness are taken from a drawing or measurement data.

Material and function

Rubber, plastic, vulcanized fiber or fiber-reinforced material have different properties. The decisive factor is the intended purpose of the seal and the influences it is exposed to in use. Special properties or approvals are examined on a project-specific basis.

Recurring series demand

Once defined measurements and materials are clear, subsequent orders are simplified. The special seal is described as a comprehensible component and can be manufactured in a reproducible manner for recurring needs.
